The standard Flightcom Ground Support Limited Warranty, Flightcom Military Ground Support Limited Warranty and ComCare Extended Service Program are available only to the original purchaser, and are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.

ComCare services include:

  • Expedited technical support for product-related questions and requests for service through our 800–line, where technicians will prioritize response to ComCare expedited service calls and use best efforts to respond within one (1)  business day during normal technical support hours;
  • Expedited repair of products covered under the terms of the Flightcom Ground Support Standard Limited Warranty within five (5) business days.
  • Available expedited return shipping via two-day service to customer addresses in the United States;
  • Access to firmware upgrades that can be applied, upon request, when products are being repaired under the terms of the Flightcom Ground Support Standard Limited Warranty, and access to firmware upgrades that may be published on the technical support section of our web site;
  • Access to technical support information, manuals, and other information as published in the customer support section of our web site;
  • Extension of the Flightcom Ground Support Standard Limited Warranty period from the initial end of such period until the end of the ComCare Service Program period.

Product service under ComCare may be initiated by the same procedures as Flightcom Ground Support Standard Limited Warranty or Military Wireless Standard Limited Warranty. Product serial number(s) are required to be registered with Flightcom and a ComCare certificate issued in order to initiate ComCare service.
