To obtain warranty service for any Flightcom product:
- Contact Flightcom at 503-684-8229 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. An RMA will make it easier for us to advise you on the status of your product. We may also be able to resolve the difficulty you’re having, without sending the product to us.
- If we determine that the product needs to return to us, package the item securely, including a copy of your receipt, a brief note indicating the nature of the problem, information on how we can best contact you during the day with your name, return address and phone number. If you are sending an intercom for service, in addition to enclosing a note describing the problem, please indicate the type of aircraft and headsets used and the number of hours the intercom has been in use.
Note: Consumables, like removable head pads and ear seals, are not covered by your warranty. They wear out, get dirty and need replacing to ensure your headset’s long-lasting performance. We recommend an annual replacement of these items.
- Clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the package.
- Send the package freight prepaid and insured to: Flightcom Corporation, 7340 SW Durham Road, Portland, OR 97224
- If you have any questions, please call us at 503-684-8229.
