Monday through Friday If you need service on your Flightcom product: The Flightcom service representative may be able to troubleshoot the issue over the phone or visit our web site for support at www.flightcom.net. If it is determined that the unit(s) requires service or needs to be sent to Flightcom, the service representative will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA is the internal tracking number for your service work order and should be retained by you for future reference. Return Material Authorization Form: Flightcom Warranties: All warranty returns shall be sent to Flightcom freight prepaid through an authorized Flightcom dealer and must be accompanied by proof of purchase (a copy of the original sales receipt.) Return only defective components. Non-defective items received will be returned freight-collect. Customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance in sending the product to Flightcom. Freight damage on returns is not covered under warranty. Always include proof of purchase (sales receipt). Additional Flightcom repair policies included in the Flightcom RMA form.
